The Service

PermitLeads Now provides weekly lists of publicly available building permit data sourced from US county government portals. All data is public record. We do not guarantee that permit data will result in any specific business outcome.

Exclusivity

Where exclusivity is offered, it applies to one contractor per trade per county at any given time. Exclusivity is confirmed only upon written agreement and active subscription.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time by emailing rafaysami@permitleadsnow.com. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Data Accuracy

Permit data is sourced directly from public government portals. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all records are complete, current, or error-free.

Intellectual Property

The PermitLeads Now brand, website, and compiled data products are proprietary. You may not resell or redistribute data delivered to you without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

PermitLeads Now is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our data or service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
